TONEX ONE can replace any amp, boost, overdrive, distortion, or fuzz pedal, and its small size allows it to fit almost anywhere. Any artist can have as many TONEX ONE units as they want to accommodate amps, boosts, overdrives, distortions, and fuzzes. These can be combined with their favorite amplifiers or with another TONEX PEDAL or TONEX ONE, acting as an amp preamp, to go directly to the PA system. But it doesn't end here! Thanks to the editable knobs' colors, multiple TONEX ONE units can be easily distinguished within a pedalboard.
Two modes, unlimited possibilities
We have designed two working modes for TONEX ONE:
The DUAL MODE (default mode) condenses the power of two presets into a single switch form factor. This mode hosts two presets (A and B), allowing the footswitch to toggle between them. In this mode, there isn't a bypassed status. It's intended to function akin to an amp setup with two channels. Artists can have both clean and crunch sounds in one box, easily toggling between them, even if the presets feature different amplifiers and settings.
The STOMP MODE is the more straightforward option, similar to the mode used in most pedals. Here, the pedal features one preset with two states (on and off), switchable using the dedicated footswitch. This mode works perfectly when TONEX ONE is utilized as a typical overdrive pedal, allowing an unaffected signal when disengaged and engaging it when needed by pressing the footswitch.
Combining these two modes offers significant benefits in the pedal's capabilities. An artist can use a TONEX ONE in dual mode for clean and crunch tones, while employing another TONEX ONE in stomp mode to drive the signal into base tones, achieving pushed clean or distorted sounds for added versatility.
