The Audient mic pre is a high grade hybrid discrete and op amp design that delivers a clean, accurate and detailed translation of your source. With a noise floor 30,000 times quieter than the signal level your recordings will be captured with stunning clarity.

ASP880 lets you bypass the mic pres and converters in your current interface and achieve the same audio excellence as the top studios. Using the ADC Inputs, ASP880 can operate as a standalone A-D converter, allowing you to feed the ADC from other sources such as alternative mic pres.
Plug and play
As well as offering you 8 channels of Audient mic pre, ASP880 has two harmonically rich JFET D.I inputs. Designed to replicate the input stage of a classic valve amplifier, you can plug your guitar, bass, keyboard or drum machine straight in and start recording instantly.
Variable Impedance. Variable High Pass Filters
Variable Impedance enables you to match the impedance of the mic pre to your favourite ribbon mic, letting you retain the punch and frequency response the mic was born with. It also works on your other mics, just more subtly. Take control of your signal with the Variable HPF. Remove unwanted low frequencies, prevent proximity effect and tighten up your low end with a range of 25Hz to 250Hz. The result is a clean, ready to record signal.
